We were commissioned to make a black, white and red cake with a high heel shoe topper. The shoe was made out of gumpaste to look exactly like the birthday girl's "lucky" shoes.
The top tier is red velvet with cream cheese icing and the bottom tier is chocolate cake with chocolate mocha buttercream.
