City Bus Cake
CITY BUS CAKE
This was a special order for a company that does nationwide software for public transportation. It is our biggest cake to date. Measuring almost 3 feet long, 7 inches wide and 7 inches tall.
All decorations are edible.
The cake was Neapolitan with Traditional Buttercream encased in Marshmallow Fondant

Top tier- Almond cake with traditional buttercream icing covered in chocolate fondant
Bottom tier- White cake with strawberry filling iced with traditional buttercream covered in marshmallow fondant
* All gold decorations were created with gumpaste and painted with gold luster dust. The large LV logo was made with edible paper.
