BEACH THEMED CAKE
We were asked to make a beach themed cake for a 40th birthday party. All decorations are made out of gumpaste and chocolate with an ombre blue ruffled design.
The cake is a white cake with raspberry filling and chocolate buttercream encased in traditional marshmallow fondant.

BLACK, WHITE AND RED SHOE CAKE
We were commissioned to make a black, white and red cake with a high heel shoe topper. The shoe was made out of gumpaste to look exactly like the birthday girl's "lucky" shoes.
The top tier is red velvet with cream cheese icing and the bottom tier is chocolate cake with chocolate mocha buttercream.
